Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event you are displeased with the purchased products, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our products, users have the liberty to return the products and request a refund from us. Our Policy for return, refund and cancellation of orders is as follows:

In case any buyer is not satisfied with our products, we can provide a refund given the product is returned in brand new, unused condition, in its original packaging, within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. We will arrange the pickup of the product.

If the order was prepaid, refunds will be issued to the original payment source. In case of cash on delivery, bank account details will be sought from the user to process their refund.

If you cancel a product that has not reached you yet, we will try the best to cancel the shipment of that order. However, if the order ships, you can deny accepting the delivery so that it can be returned back to us.
